Español — La Compañía ofrece sesiones virtuales individuales, paquetes de varias sesiones, talleres grupales y contenido educativo. El enfoque se basa en la terapia cognitivo-conductual integrada con herramientas holísticas y evidencia científica. Los servicios no sustituyen asesoramiento, diagnóstico ni tratamiento médico o psicológico profesional.
English — The Company provides virtual one-to-one sessions, multi-session packages, group workshops, and educational content. The approach is mainly cognitive-behavioural integrated with holistic, evidence-based tools. Services do not replace professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

El Usuario selecciona la sesión individual o el paquete deseado en la web.
El pago se procesa exclusivamente en dólares estadounidenses (USD) a través de la pasarela segura (Stripe / WooCommerce).
Tras la confirmación del pago, el Usuario recibe:
• un correo con el recibo, y
• un correo con credenciales para generar su propia contraseña (la plataforma crea una contraseña temporal automáticamente).
El Usuario es redirigido a su área privada, donde puede gestionar su agenda y acceder a su bitácora terapéutica.

The User selects the desired single session or package on the website.
Payment is processed exclusively in U.S. dollars (USD) via the secure gateway (Stripe / WooCommerce).
After payment confirmation, the User receives:
• an email with the receipt, and
• an email with credentials to create their own password (the platform has already generated a temporary password).
The User is redirected to their private area, where they can manage their schedule and access their therapeutic log.
Español — Desde el área privada el Usuario puede programar, reprogramar o cancelar sus consultas. No se aceptan reprogramaciones ni cancelaciones con menos de 12 horas de antelación. Si el Usuario no asiste y no ha gestionado su cita 12 horas antes, la sesión se considera realizada y será cobrada.
English — From the private area the User can book, reschedule, or cancel their appointments. Rescheduling or cancellation is not accepted within 12 hours prior to the session. If the User does not attend and failed to manage the appointment at least 12 hours in advance, the session will be considered delivered and will be charged.
Español — No se realizan devoluciones en efectivo. El Usuario puede donar las sesiones restantes o intercambiarlas por otros productos disponibles en la web.
English — No cash refunds are issued. The User may donate any remaining sessions or exchange them for other products available on the website.
Español — Los paquetes tienen un período de vigencia especificado en el momento de la compra. Si las sesiones no se programan antes de la fecha de vencimiento, el Usuario deberá adquirir un nuevo paquete para continuar el proceso terapéutico.
English — Packages have a validity period specified at the time of purchase. If sessions are not scheduled before the expiry date, the User must purchase a new package to continue therapy.
Español — Las sesiones se transcriben con inteligencia artificial únicamente para elaborar la bitácora terapéutica. Dichas transcripciones se eliminan permanentemente una vez completada la bitácora, sin excepción. Al contratar los servicios, el Usuario acepta este procedimiento y el borrado posterior.
English — Sessions are transcribed using artificial intelligence solely to prepare the therapeutic log. These transcriptions are permanently deleted once the log is completed, without exception. By purchasing the services, the User accepts this process and subsequent deletion.
Español — Las consultas se realizan en Google Meet. Lincy Acosta esperará 10 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo, si el Usuario no se presenta, la consulta se considerará impartida. El Usuario puede solicitar por email más tiempo de espera y, de ser posible, se prolongará.
English — Sessions are held via Google Meet. Lincy Acosta will wait 10 minutes. After that period, if the User does not show up, the session will be deemed delivered. The User may request additional waiting time by email and, if possible, the waiting time will be extended.
Español — La Compañía se reserva el derecho de reprogramar o cancelar sesiones por causas de fuerza mayor, notificándolo al Usuario con la mayor antelación posible y ofreciendo reembolso o nueva cita.
English — The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to force majeure, notifying the User as early as possible and offering a refund or a new appointment.
Español — El Usuario reconoce que utiliza los servicios bajo su propia responsabilidad. La Compañía no será responsable de daños directos o indirectos derivados del uso de la información o de la imposibilidad de uso del servicio, salvo en la medida exigida por la ley aplicable.
English — The User acknowledges that they use the services at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the information or inability to use the service, except to the extent required by applicable law.

English — Content and sessions are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or health advice. If in doubt or in case of emergency, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

English — All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by the Company or third-party licensors. Total or partial reproduction without express permission is prohibited.

English — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casper, Wyoming, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
